What does a session feel like?

You’ll feel light pressure in your ears, similar to taking off in an airplane. Most people relax, read, or listen to music during their session.

Is HBOT safe?

Yes. Our chambers are designed for comfort and safety, with built-in pressure controls and emergency release valves. Every unit is professionally serviced, sanitised, and tested before delivery.

How long can I rent for?

We offer short-term and long-term rental options — from one months to 12+ months. Many clients choose ongoing rentals as they expand their business.

What are the access requirements?

All entranceways and passages need to be at least 1500 wide, with no stairs. The chamber is on wheels so can be easily moved around. The room should be a clean, ventilated space around 2×2.5 metres. A 32A circuit used. Electrical configuration (up to $1000) is included in the rental.

Do you deliver and install the chamber?

Yes — our team handles delivery, setup, and full training. We ensure the system is working perfectly before your first session.

How long is each session?

Many clients offer 50 or 80 minute sessions for their customers. We’ll provide recommended usage guidelines based on your goals.

What happens if I need support during my rental?

We provide 24/7 support throughout the rental period.

Do customers need a medical referral?

Our chambers provide pressure up to 1.99 ATA so it can be used without a medical practitioner’s involvement in Australia. However for customers with pre-existing medical conditions should always seek advice from their medical practitioner before using the chamber.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.

How soon can I start?

Once your booking is confirmed, we can often deliver within 1-2 weeks, depending on availability
